Your provider can help if you suffer from side effects of medications that are intolerable, if you feel your current mediations are ineffective, or if you have had a hard time with discontinuation in the past.
Herbal and Complementary Medicine
We recognize that pharmacological medications may not be the most appropriate treatment for everyone. Your provider will work with you on addressing symptoms with accurate labwork, diet and lifestyle adjustments, supplements and herbal formulations that support the nervous system, gut microbiome and brain function. Not all symptoms will respond to a complementary approach. In some instances, it may be unsafe or unethical to forfeit a pharmacological intervention. Our providers build trust with our patients to help them know and understand the difference.
Understanding psychedelic treatment models
Your provider can answer questions about ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, and ayahuasca assisted therapies in treating various mental health conditions. We understand that there may be significant benefit but also considerable risks associated with these therapies. We will work with your specific case and collaborative team to support your treatment plan and prescribing needs.

Psychiatric Intake
We will spend the intake appointment diving deep into your primary concerns and history. This includes previous psychiatric and medical history, current medical concerns, genetic inheritance, social cultural development, and relevant life experience. By the end of this extensive interview we will lay the basic groundwork for your treatment plan and medication interventions as appropriate. We may order labs or seek previous medical records. You will leave with a custom treatment plan and a scheduled follow-up appointment in 2-4 weeks depending on your individual needs.

Psychiatric Followup
During the follow-up appointment, we will review your medication management and overall treatment plan to ensure we are treating your symptoms effectively and addressing any side effects. These appointments include various forms of talk therapy and supportive counseling. Most clients prefer to meet once monthly, though when stable, 90 day medication refills and check-ins are available.

Stable/ refill followup
This 15minute appointment is for the stable and thriving patient who simply needs a touch in for safety/monitoring and a refill of 30 day or 90 day prescriptions.
Fifteen minute appointments are at the discretion of your provider and are not available for intake.
